Portland Baseball Club is a small business in Tualatin, OR. We are professional and data driven baseball organization and our goal is to provide baseball instruction and life skills guidance for baseball players of all ages through private lessons, camps, and team opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for baseball players
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' performance
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions
- Evaluate players' abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
Experience:
- Previous experience coaching baseball or playing at a competitive level
- Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline within the team
